efficient check-in, reasonably spacious and perfect rooms with a view of the mountains. very good staff, excellentservices, including a wide array of decent delicacies. marvellous location not too far from world arena. great to have a lobby restaurant for dinner.

Clean and modern room, awesome breakfast. They've got a heated pool and parking right here. You can get wake up calls and ironing for free. Good spot, only a 10-minute walk to World Arena. 🔥

The hotel is absolutely great and incredibly beautiful. It is located near restaurants and a large square with a beautiful water feature. The rooms have queen/king beds. The location is marvelous for accessing World Arena. It is also close to 7 Falls.

The hotel exceeded my expectations in several aspects. Firstly, the location was convenient for me as it was fairly close to several restaurants and shopping areas. Additionally, the hotel had a fun bar and restaurant on site, which made it easy to find something to do or eat within walking distance. Secondly, the staff provided excellent service throughout my stay. They were friendly, attentive, and made sure that all my needs were taken care of. The basic amenities provided were also satisfactory, and the rooms were absolutely beautiful as well as spacious enough for my family to be perfectly comfortable. Lastly, the breakfast buffet that was included in our room rate was exceptional. The selection of food and drink was reasonably large and the quality was top-notch.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was great and I couldn't find any significant areas for improvement.

We were not able to get a king size bed. I guess there were not enough in the motel.

Cookie at check in was a nice surprise-maybe you could give one to each guest for each day they stay with you:) Overall, each employee was very kind! The gentlemen who checked us in and the great lady in the breakfast at morning were two who stand out in my memory.

Rooms could use a deep clean. The tub wouldn't drain but was fixed soon- just inconvienent.

The location of this place was perfect for our trip to World Arena, which was really close by.

great stay at doubletree. central location, close to restaurants and shopping. excellent service from staff, especially marianna and her gm. kids loved the pool. overall, highly recommended.

The staff were attentive and friendly. The location was good for our needs. I especially liked the locaiton with regard to convenience for other things; i.e., restaurants, entertainment, selected shopping needs. The geese in the parking lot were pretty cool, too!

I did not have an extended stay, so I found nothing that I didn't like.

Room was large and set up nicely. Food was very good onsite.

Our room was on lower level- only certain elevators took us there. No refrig or free wifi in our room - standard in all other hotels we had stayed in for our trip.

My sister & I stayed here while visiting my daughter who just moved to Colorado Springs. The hotel is clean & comfortable with easy parking. It is conveniently located in the town, near restaurants, Target, a movie theater, & local attractions. The staff was always kind & helpful & our room was kept very clean. We would definitely stay here again.
